By accessing or using the I-TaxPlan Growth website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. About I-TaxPlan Growth

I-TaxPlan Growth provides educational content, training, and membership programs for tax professionals (CPAs, Enrolled Agents, and other tax advisors). The Site and our materials are intended to support your professional practice but do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice for any specific client situation.

3. Membership & Services

Access to certain features, courses, or community resources may require a paid membership or separate agreement. Membership terms, pricing, and benefits will be presented at the time of enrollment and may be amended with notice. All enrollments are subject to a separate engagement agreement that controls scope, fees, and any guarantees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and code — is the property of I-TaxPlan Growth or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Members receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use member materials solely for their own professional development.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems; share member-only content with non-members; transmit harmful, disruptive, or infringing material; impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content therein are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific outcomes for your practice or your clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I-TaxPlan Growth and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any materials obtained through it.

8. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, scheduling tools, or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or service.

9. Mobile / SMS Communications

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
